From Irritating Problems to Infinite Possibilities: A new way to think about education leadership and a new way for leaders to think.
Philosophers, mystics and spiritual leaders have been telling us since the beginning of time; and now quantum physicists are telling us the same thing: Our current circumstances are always exactly aligned with our current thinking.
So what does this mean to those of us providing leadership in Canadian education? Could it be that we are literally, though inadvertently, thinking our way into a deeper and deeper hole? This challenging and mind-stretching presentation says that if we want to change the current circumstances surrounding education, we must first change how we as leaders think. if we change our thinking, we change our results.
As you may be able to tell, this stimulating presentation will be totally void of political correctness. Tough questions will be explored like: To what extent are we eduring self-inflicted wouds? Are we content to change when we reallly need to transform? What "mind-set" is anchoring us to our past? Is it really possible to move from a world of lack to a world of abundance? The foundational premise here is that our future is waiting for our instructions. So what exactly do we want to tell it?
This may well be one of the most hope-filled explorations you've experienced in a very long time.
